Rachael qualified as a solicitor in 1994 at Linklaters, specialising in employment litigation. In 1999 she joined Russell, Jones & Walker as lead employment lawyer in their Cardiff office before moving to Osborne Clarke in Bristol as an Associate in 2000. In 2004, she became Head of Knowledge & Development for the firm. In the Spring of 2007 she joined Nicholas Moore as Senior Associate. She is also a member of the Abergavenny Chamber of Trade, a Trustee for the Abergavenny Citizens' Advice Bureau and a visiting Lecturer in HR Management at the University of the West of England.
Rachael's experience is both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. One of her current roles is to develop the firm's knowledge infrastructure and innovative delivery options.
Rachael lives in Monmouthshire. Outside work she enjoys yoga, learning the cello and renovating her old house.
