Rachael qualified in 1994. Having worked for Linklaters in the City of London, she joined Russell Jones & Walker as lead employment lawyer in their Cardiff office, acting for trade unions and employees. In 2000 she joined Osborne Clarke where she was latterly Head of Knowledge & Development before joining our team in 2007.
Rachael's expertise is in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. One of her current roles is to develop our firm's knowledge infrastructure and innovative delivery options. She is a member of the Abergavenny Chamber of Trade and a visiting Lecturer in HR Management at the University of the West of England.
Outside work Rachael is a trustee for the Abergavenny Citizens' Advice Bureau, enjoys yoga, learning the cello and renovating her old house.
