Nicholas qualified as a solicitor in 1972 in the City of London where he worked for 25 years with Hill Dickinson before joining Osborne Clarke as a Senior Partner and Head of Employment, Pensions and Incentives, moving with the firm to Bristol in 1996. In 2001 he was appointed an Employment Judge. In 2005 he set up Nicholas Moore, specialist employment lawyers. Nicholas' areas of expertise cover the whole range of employment law. His particular specialisation is in employee relations law and also business reorganisations and transfers of undertakings. He has long experience in employment and employee relations issues as they affect employers in the merchant shipping industry. Nicholas is a trustee of Hestercombe Gardens Trust.
Nicholas lives in Somerset. Outside work he enjoys riding, gardening and country sports.
