Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1988 in London, since when she has specialised in employment law becoming a partner and Head of Employment with a large regional law firm, before joining the team at Nicholas Moore in 2009.
Emma advises on all aspects of the employment relationship, with her expertise having particularly developed in the area of support given to employers as and when difficult issues arise. Her experience and approach to providing creative practical solutions, based around clients' objectives, has ensured a steady growth in her reputation and client following.
Within the education sector Emma has particular knowledge and experience of further education colleges, and acts for a number of colleges across the country.
Emma is also a school governor and when not working enjoys tennis, skiing, long walks, good food and wine... and the everyday challenges of being a parent.
