Emma joined Nicholas Moore in 2009 as a senior associate. Recommended in Chambers Guide to the legal profession, Emma has been an employment law specialist since 1991, when she moved from London to the West Country to join Clarke Willmott, subsequently becoming a partner and head of their employment team.

Emma advises on all aspects of the employment relationship. However her expertise has particularly developed in the area of support given to employers as and when difficult issues arise. Her experience and approach to providing creative practical solutions, based around the client’s objectives, has ensured a steady growth in her reputation and client following.

Emma has particular knowledge and experience of issues arising in the further education sector, acting for a number of FE colleges.

When not at work Emma enjoys tennis, skiing, long walks, good food and wine, and the everyday challenges of being a parent.
